Delete Your Account

You can delete your Label Lens account and all associated data directly in the app:

  1. Open Label Lens and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap “Delete my account” (the red option with the trash icon).
  3. In the confirmation dialog, type DELETE (all capital letters) and tap Confirm.
  4. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

What gets deleted

Deletion is immediate and irreversible. In a single step we remove your data from our database and delete your Auth0 login record. This includes your email address, your Auth0 user identifier, your scan history (verdicts), and your stored subscription status.

We never store your scan photos, so there are no images to delete — a scanned photo is processed in memory and discarded within seconds (see the Privacy Policy).

Subscriptions: paid subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store), not by Label Lens. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it separately in your App Store or Play Store account settings.
